Privacy Policy for Insight Sphere

Andrey Butnyak (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Insight Sphere mobile application (the “Application”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Application’s functionality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

A. Personal Data

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address. However, to provide specific features, we process:

• Birth Date: If you use the “Daily Horoscope” feature, you may voluntarily provide your birth date. This data is used solely to calculate your Zodiac sign and generate personalized astrological content. It is stored securely on our servers linked to your anonymous ID and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

B. App Data & Identifiers

• Firebase User ID (UID): We use an anonymous unique identifier provided by Google Firebase to synchronize your progress (Mana balance, subscription status, unlocked spheres) across devices. This UID is not linked to your real-world identity.
• User Content: The text you input (questions to the Oracle, dream descriptions, compatibility names) is processed by our backend and Google Gemini AI to generate responses. We advise against entering sensitive personal information (like full names, financial data, or health records) in these fields.

C. Device Data

• Technical Info: We may detect your device model, operating system version, and language settings to ensure the Application displays correctly.
• Advertising ID: Used by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads (subject to your consent settings).

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This Application uses Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini AI) to generate predictions, dream interpretations, and horoscopes.

• For Entertainment Only: All content is generated for entertainment purposes only.
• No Professional Advice: The Application does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on the AI’s responses for critical life decisions.
• Accuracy: AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or hallucinated. We are not responsible for the correctness of the generated information.

3. Third-Party Services (Data Processors)

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the Application. These services have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements. AdMob may collect data such as your Advertising ID.

• Google Firebase: Handles authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting. Helps us understand app stability and user retention.

• Google Gemini AI: Processes your text inputs to generate responses. Google states that data sent to the API is not used to train their models in a way that exposes your data.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Location: Your data (Mana, history, preferences) is stored on secure servers located in the EU/US.
• Retention Period:
  • Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active to provide the service.
  • Server Logs: API request logs (containing UID and inputs) are retained for 30 days for security and debugging, then permanently deleted.

5. Account Deletion (Your Rights)

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

• In-App Deletion: Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This action immediately removes your UID, purchase history, mana balance, and saved predictions from our database. This action is irreversible.
• Web Request: If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at info@abutnyak.top with your User ID (if known) or other proof of account ownership. We will process such requests within 30 days.

6. Consent and Privacy Controls

• GDPR (Europe/UK): Upon first launch, users in the EEA and UK are presented with a Consent Form to manage data usage for advertising. You can modify these choices at any time in Settings > Privacy Settings.
• Permissions:
  • Internet: Required to communicate with the server.
  • Notifications: Optional. Used for daily horoscope or dream reminders. You can disable this in device settings.
  • Microphone: Optional. Used only when you tap the “Voice Input” button to convert speech to text. No audio is recorded or stored by us.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or higher depending on local laws). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the account.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
